Peak built a whole app around one simple itch: a short daily brain challenge that gets a little harder each round and tells you, in seconds, whether you are getting sharper. We liked that loop enough to build our own free version of it. Recall Rush strips it down to the part that actually hooks people, a pattern that grows one step at a time, and it runs right here in your browser. No install, no account, no timer on how long you can play.

Tap the lit tile to start. Best played with sound on so you can hear the pattern too.
How to play
Recall Rush has two short modes, both under a minute per attempt. In Pattern mode, a sequence of tiles lights up on a 3x3 grid. Repeat it in the same order by tapping, clicking, or pressing the matching number key. Get it right and the sequence grows by one tile; get it wrong and the run ends.
Spot it mode trains a different skill: find the one tile that is a slightly different shade among a grid of near-identical tiles before the timer runs out. Rounds get faster as you go. Both modes share a Daily tab, which locks that day’s starting pattern so everyone gets the same challenge, and a Practice tab with unlimited random runs. Your longest streak and daily results are saved in your browser’s local storage only, and nothing leaves your device.
How Recall Rush compares to Peak
We kept the part of Peak that actually creates the habit: a short, escalating pattern-recall challenge you can finish in under a minute and immediately want to beat. The daily seed mirrors Peak’s own daily workout idea, and the instant restart is deliberate. There is no menu standing between you and the next attempt.
What we dropped is everything that makes Peak a full product rather than a single game. Peak ships 45 or more distinct minigames covering memory, focus, language, and mental math, plus a personalized training plan that adapts to your results and a brain map that charts your progress across weeks and months. Recall Rush has two modes and a local best score. Peak’s deeper stats and coaching also sit behind a subscription after a free trial, while Recall Rush stays free with nothing to unlock.
If you just want a quick pattern challenge to kill two minutes, Recall Rush covers it. If you want a structured, multi-skill training program with year-over-year progress tracking, Peak is the real tool for that job.

FAQ
Can I play Peak in a browser?
Not the official app, since Peak is only distributed through the Google Play Store and the App Store. Recall Rush is our own free browser game inspired by Peak’s daily pattern-recall loop, built so you can try that core mechanic without installing anything.
Is this the real Peak app?
No. Recall Rush is an original game we built, not affiliated with, endorsed by, or produced by the makers of Peak. It borrows the escalating pattern-recall idea and reimagines it as a small two-mode web game.
Does it work offline?
Once the page has loaded, yes. The game makes no network requests during play, so a dropped connection mid-run will not interrupt you. Your best streak is stored locally, so it stays on the device you played on.
Is it free?
Yes, completely. There is no signup, no paywall, and no limit on practice runs. The daily challenge resets once a day, and practice mode is unlimited.
How is my score saved?
Your longest sequence, best Spot it streak, and current daily streak are stored in your browser’s local storage. We never see this data and it never leaves your device, so clearing your browser storage or switching devices will reset it.
