How to play
The goal is classic spider: build runs from king down to ace in a single suit, and each completed run flies off the table. Clear all eight to win. Any single card can land on a card one rank higher, whatever its suit, but only same-suit descending runs move together, so mixed stacks cost you flexibility later.
On a phone, tap any card and Spider Deck makes the smartest legal move for the longest run it belongs to. Prefer control? Drag the run yourself. Undo is unlimited, the hint button points out the strongest move, and the deal button drops one card onto every column. One rule trips up every new player: the stock refuses to deal while any column sits empty, so fill the gap first.
Start on 1 suit, graduate to 2, and treat 4 suits as the real exam. The daily deal serves everyone the same 2-suit layout each day. Your scores, best times, and streak are saved on your device. Nothing leaves your browser.

What is the difference between 1, 2 and 4 suit spider?
The deck always has 104 cards in eight complete sets. In 1 suit they are all spades, so any descending run moves together and most deals are winnable. In 2 suits half the cards are hearts, and in 4 suits all four suits appear, which multiplies the ways a column can lock up. Moving from 2 to 4 suits is the biggest difficulty jump in solitaire.
Why won't the stock deal new cards?
Spider’s stock rule requires every column to hold at least one card before a deal. It exists because a fresh row of ten random cards would bury an empty column you worked hard to open. Move any card into the empty column, even a throwaway, and the deal button works again.
Does it work offline?
Once this page has loaded, Spider Deck makes no further network requests, so your game survives connection drops and your stats stay on your device. For a true offline app that works with no browser at all, install MobilityWare’s Spider Solitaire, which plays fully offline after download.
