Rolling Sky is one of those Android games you open for a minute and look up from twenty minutes later. A ball rolls down a track floating in the sky, you steer it around hazards, and one wrong move sends it into the void. We wanted that loop without an install, so we built Neon Track: a real 3D version that runs right here on this page. It is free, needs no signup, and works on a phone or a laptop.
Play Neon Track now
Tap to start, then drag to steer and tap to jump. Sound is off by default, but the game looks and plays best with it on, because the whole track pulses to a beat.
How to play
On a phone, drag anywhere on the screen to steer. The ball follows how far your thumb moves, not where it lands, so you can keep your hand low and out of the way. Tap the Jump button, or tap the screen, to clear a gap. On a keyboard, use the arrow keys or A and D to steer and Space to jump.
Pink spikes and amber blocks sit in one or two lanes at a time, and one lane is always open. Gaps in the track need a jump. Gems earn points, and a jump that lands on the beat earns a few more. Your progress bar shows how far along the track you are.
Today’s track is built from the date, so everyone gets the same layout, and a new one appears tomorrow. Your best score and play streak are saved on your device. Nothing leaves your browser.
How it compares to Rolling Sky
Neon Track keeps the part that makes Rolling Sky work: a ball you steer along a narrow track, obstacles that read instantly, and gems that pull you toward the risky line. Runs last about a minute and a half, and the speed climbs the whole way. When you crash, you see the percentage you reached and restart with one tap.
What we left out is most of the wrapper. There are no hand-authored levels, no unlockable balls or skins, no daily rewards, and no ads. Our track is generated fresh each day, and we checked it by simulation so every gap and every lane change is possible at the speeds the game reaches. It is a compact tribute to the loop, not a replacement for the full game.
If you want dozens of designed levels, bigger scenery, and a soundtrack written for each stage, the original is the better place to spend your evenings. Neon Track is the version you can open in a browser tab while you wait for something else to load.

Frequently asked questions
Can I play Rolling Sky in a browser?
Rolling Sky is an Android game, so playing the original means installing it on a phone or tablet. Neon Track, the game on this page, is our own rolling-ball game that runs in any modern browser with WebGL 2, on phone or desktop.
Is this the real Rolling Sky?
No. Neon Track is an original game we built, inspired by the rolling-ball genre that Rolling Sky helped popularize. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the publisher of Rolling Sky. All art and sound are generated by our own code, and the download links above point to the official app.
Is it free?
Yes. There are no ads, no purchases, and no account. Your best score and streak stay in your browser’s local storage and are never sent anywhere.
Does it work offline?
Once the page has loaded, the game makes no further network requests, so it keeps running if your connection drops. For the original app, check its store page for connection requirements.
Do I need sound on?
No. Sound starts off, and the beat is shown visually: the track lines and sky pulse in time. Turning sound on adds a synthesized soundtrack and effects, and jumps that land on the beat score a small bonus either way.
