Loose Leaf opens with a blank canvas and the pencil selected, so the first mark is one tap away. The toolbar gives you four brushes: a thin pencil for line work, a semi-transparent marker for flat color, a soft airbrush that builds up density the longer you hold it in one spot, and an eraser. The size slider controls all four, and if your device reports pressure through a stylus or touchscreen, harder presses draw thicker, more opaque strokes automatically. Tap the color button to open a compact picker: drag inside the square for saturation and brightness, use the strip below it for hue, or tap one of the eight preset swatches. Undo and redo step backward and forward through your strokes, and clear wipes the canvas for a fresh start. When you like what you have made, “Download my drawing” saves it as a PNG straight to your device. “Save & start new” tucks the current piece into a small gallery below the canvas and clears the canvas for your next one, so returning to this page later brings back both your last unsaved sketch and the pieces you chose to keep. Everything is saved only in your browser’s local storage; nothing you draw is ever sent anywhere.
